PRISM: improved decision making for food safety in fresh produce

Join us at the STFC Hartree Centre in Warrington to contribute to the PRISM (Production RIsk Systems-based Microsimulation) modelling system.  The PRISM modelling system aims to aid food safety decision-making in fresh fruit, salad and vegetable supplies. Working together with the Food Safety Research Network (FSRN), we would like to invite you to a workshop that will bring together stakeholders across fresh produce supply chains and food safety management to discuss opportunities for the use of the PRISM tool within your working practices
